Back-to-School Information 2019 - 2020
Fee Collection Days
Friday August 9 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Monday August 12 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Materials fees for any student receiving food stamps, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), who is a foster child, is migrant or homeless, or who is eligible for free or reduced price meals under the National School Lunch Program, will be waived upon request.
Unpaid fees and charges from previous years will be added to the 2019-2020 fees.
*Payments must be made by cash or check only. Credit cards are not accepted.
Freshmen Orientation / Back to School Night Wednesday, August 14
We encourage students and parents to attend the Freshmen Orientation/Back-to-School Night. The evening will begin with activities for freshmen students and parents from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. At 7:00 PM all 9-12 students and parents will meet in the gym briefly to introduce administrators and counselors. At approximately 7:15 PM, the Open House will begin. Students and parents may visit freely throughout the school, meet the teachers, and receive information about classes. Please bring your class schedule.

Turner Ashby High School Wins the 2018 3A Wells Fargo Cup. This is the second year in a row that Turner Ashby has earned this award.

Attention ALL students: Unless you are staying after school for sports practice, tutoring, or club event, all students must leave the building and grounds when school dismisses at the end of each day. If you plan to attend an evening sporting event, you may return to school no earlier than 30 minutes before the event starts. Students are not permitted to stay in the building and on the grounds after school to wait for a sporting event to start.
