The varsity volleyball team defeated Spotswood last night to advance to the Conference 29 finals. The Knights lost the first two sets, then won the next three, even though they were down 10-4 in the 5th set, eventually winning 15-13, which in rally scoring, is pretty amazing. Madelyn Lawrence played like she was possessed and had 13, yes 13, blocks and 9 kills, including the game winner! A big shout out to all the JV’s for going with us. A special thanks to the student section for defining good sportsmanship and showing what class looks like. You guys set the standard for others!
