Drop-In Hours: The building will be open Monday, August 17 from 10:00 am - 8:00 pm. The following services are available to you during these times:
Complete online registration using computer kiosks with staff assistance;
Drop off proof of residence (required for 9th graders and new students);
Obtain a printed copy of your student’s schedule (if needed);
Pick up your 2025-2026 Yearbook (for students who ordered one);
Pay outstanding school fees/fines from previous years;
Complete VDOE parking application and purchase parking pass for student drivers ($15). If you plan to purchase a parking pass, please bring cash or check, along with your valid driver’s license, license plate #, and proof of insurance to use when completing the required application form;
Submit medications to the Nurse, and submit required immunization documentation (for rising seniors);
Pick up, complete, or submit Free/Reduced Meal forms;
Receive a Chromebook (students new to RCPS);
Preorder 2026-2027 Yearbooks
